TX TOUGH is a fund-raiser that benefits Children's Medical Center. Dené Godsey (2118 Coldwater Ln.) has created a team that will be participating in the event and she wanted to invite those in the neighborhood who would be interested in participating to join her!
Why...because there are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and right now 1 in 5 kids in the D/FW area visits Children's between the ages of birth to 18. Children's treat more than 370,000 kids per year. They provide more than 30 million dollars annually in un-compensated care for children and do not turn a patient away for their inability to pay. That is a BIG DEAL!
Right now there are more than 81 teams involved and the teams range from families who have kids receiving care at Children's to some of Dallas's largest companies.
The event website is: www.txtough.org
The Families for Kids home-page is: www.active.com/donate/txtoughtour08/Mgodsey
If you have questions, you are welcome to call Geoff Godsey at 214-783-7989. This will be one of the largest events in Dallas this year and in its first year is expected to raise more than 2.5 million dollars....all of which will go directly to the charity. TX TOUGH will be the most efficient fund-raiser in Dallas and over the next 5 years is expect to grow into the single largest fund-raiser in the state, raising an estimated 15+ million for Children’s annually.

The HOA now owns three 6' indoor/outdoor folding tables. These were purchased with Social Committee funds and will be available for homeowners to reserve and use, just as you can use the tent, cooler, and fan. Contact DeAnn Ringgenberg to reserve any of these items.
The Board has voted to open the pool at 6 a.m. for an early morning ADULT ONLY swim time to allow for lap swimming and exercise. This privilege will be granted by request only. Please email amenities@premiercommunities.net to request that your pool access card be activated for the early morning swim time. You will need to provide your name, address, and the number found on the back of your pool access card.
Scheduled pool reservations (along with tent, fan, & cooler reservations) can be viewed on the calendar pages. Please remember that a pool reservation is not exclusive. The pool is always open to the homeowners. A reservation simply ensures that there is only one party occurring at any given time. The tent, cooler and fan may be reserved year 'round. The Pool Party Reservation Form can be found on the HOA Documents page in the drop-down menu under the Residents tab.
