The purpose of the Pool Amenities Committee is to promote a clean, safe, functional environment by working with the management company to communicate about what is happening at the pool/amenity center. Our goal is to make sure that only residents and guests of residents are using the pool in a manner that is safe, and which allows all residents to enjoy the pool.

 The responsibilities of this group include:

• Monitor for non-resident use

• Assist management company in vandalism prevention

• Submit newsletter articles

• Report misuse of facilities or safety concerns to the management company

• Make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding
  • Pool hours and season

  • Pool rules

  • Repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements

 The committee may not assume or authorize any costs without the approval of the Association Manager.
